This privacy notice (“Notice” or “Privacy Notice”) is designed to inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (www.bioprotect.com) (“Website”) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects such rights. For the purpose of this Privacy Notice, BioProtect is considered a controller of personal data that it collects in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Members of BioProtect personnel have differing access rights to the personal data stored with the third-party servers and have different permissions for what they may and may not do with the personal data, including with whom they may share personal data. Access and permission for each employee is set according to their responsibilities.
